Yes, a professional and experienced captain is included in the charter price. Our captains are highly familiar with the coastline of Mallorca and ensure a safe, relaxed and well organised day on the water. They handle navigation, safety and timing so you can fully enjoy your yacht charter experience.
The charter includes the yacht, the captain and standard onboard equipment depending on the yacht. Fuel, catering, premium drinks, additional crew and water toys are usually not included and are charged separately. All inclusions and exclusions are clearly explained before your charter to ensure full transparency.
Fuel is not included in the charter price and is charged based on actual consumption. Consumption depends on speed, distance travelled and sea conditions. At the end of the charter, fuel usage is calculated transparently so you only pay for what has been used.
Some yachts require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the yacht and will be confirmed before booking. The deposit is held during the charter and refunded in full after the trip, provided there is no damage beyond normal use.
Half day and full day charters usually follow standard time slots. Depending on availability, season and marina regulations, adjustments may be possible. Please contact us in advance if you have a specific schedule in mind.
The maximum number of guests is defined by the yacht’s certification and safety regulations. Children are included in the total number of guests. For safety reasons, these limits cannot be exceeded.
The departure marina and exact meeting point depend on the yacht and are confirmed before the charter. You will receive detailed information in advance to ensure a smooth and stress free boarding process.
Yes, additional services such as a stewardess, catering or premium drinks can be arranged upon request. These services are tailored to your preferences and offered separately. Please inform us in advance so everything can be planned accordingly.
Available water toys depend on the yacht and may include items such as paddle boards. Additional water toys can often be arranged separately. Availability varies, so we recommend requesting these options early.
Safety is always the priority. In case of unsuitable weather or sea conditions, we will discuss the best possible alternative with you, such as rescheduling the charter or adjusting the route. Decisions are always made with safety and comfort in mind.
